Thursday, January 23, Michael Dupouy invited everyone to the Paris flagship of Au Départ to unveil the latest installment of the ALL GONE series—a book that has meticulously documented the most coveted artifacts of street culture, along with the subcultures and pop culture phenomena it has influenced, since 2006.
For 18 years, ALL GONE has mapped the essence of contemporary culture through a carefully curated selection of sought-after objects, groundbreaking collaborations, and defining trends. Created by cultural archivist Michael Dupouy, founder of La MJC, the collection has become a true reference, blending sharp commentary with bold visuals.
The 2024 edition highlights a unique collaboration with Au Départ, the French luxury house renowned for its premium leather, craftsmanship, and timeless sophistication. Featuring Au Départ’s iconic monogram, the book’s cover pays tribute to the brand’s nearly 200-year legacy of merging tradition with avant-garde design.
One of the evening’s highlights was an appearance by the legendary Japanese designer and Fragment founder Hiroshi Fujiwara, who unveiled his latest partnership with Au Départ: the Tote No. 55 x FRGMT. Presented exclusively in Paris this week, the collaboration reflects the seamless fusion of street culture and high fashion.
On the decks, DJ Busy P from Ed Banger Records kept the energy alive, while Paperboy took care of refreshments at this unforgettable evening. Guests had the pleasure of meeting the author alongside notable figures like Sarah Andelman, Emeric Tchatchoua, Pedro Winter, and key players in the global pop and street scene, including Salehe Bembury, Easy Otabor, Poggy, Jae Tips, Kevin Poon, KB Lee, and DJs A-Trak and Venus X, among many others.
